NAU begins partnership with the International Association of Crime Analysts to provide IACA students the opportunity to earn their degrees at NAU

National American University (NAU) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with the International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) to enhance educational opportunities for its members.

The relationship between the two institutions allows IACA members to continue their education at NAU in specialized online degree programs, including associate or bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and a bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Management. Under the agreement, NAU will provide IACA graduates the opportunity to participate in online classes at a reduced tuition rate and study when and where they choose.

This is NAU’s first partnership with an industry association that affords association members the opportunity to transfer their industry training into a degree program with the regionally accredited university.

“National American University has a long history of working with community and technical colleges to help working adults and other non-traditional students take the next step in their education and career journey. We are excited to expand our outreach to include industry associations and make higher education more accessible to International Association of Crime Analysts degree-seeking members,” commented Dr. Ronald Shape, National American University President.

About International Association of Crime Analysts
The International Association of Crime Analysts (IACA) was formed in 1990 to help crime analysts around the world improve their skills and make valuable contacts, to help law enforcement agencies make the best use of crime analysis, and to advocate for standards of performance and technique within the profession itself. The IACA accomplishes these goals through training, networking, and publications. Members include crime analysts, intelligence analysts, police officers of all ranks, educators, and students.
