Last Friday at the annual Mahwah Regional Chamber of Commerce Holiday Luncheon, President Thomas Eastwick presented a check for $50,000 to the 10 Feed The Hungry food banks, including the Center for Food Action, Community Outreach Services, Eva’s Village, Family Promise, Jewish Family & Children Services, Meals On Wheels North Jersey, Meals On Wheels Rockland, and Table to Table. For the first time, the Salvation Army and Boys & Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic were part of this group. Each nonprofit received $5,000 which will go far in feeding deserving people in the New Jersey and New York areas.

At the same time the generous members of the Mahwah Chamber donated $6,900 to kick off Feed The Hungry 2022. Thank you!

President Eastwick matches every donation to Feed The Hungry, bringing the eight year total to $295,000.

Many thanks to Bergen New Bridge, Goldstein Lieberman & Company, Good Samaritan Hospital, Inserra Supermarkets, International Paper, Investors Bank, M&T Bank, Visions Federal Credit Union, and all of you who have graciously donated and supported Feed The Hungry. You have made the holiday season brighter for so many people in need.

Wishing you blessings of the season and the happiest of New Years!
