America School of Nursing and Allied Health receives initial grant

Woodbridge, Virginia – February 12, 2020

America School of Nursing and Allied Health (“ASNAH” or “Institution”) was notified by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (“ABHES”) located in Falls Church, Virginia, that an initial grant of accreditation was awarded to ASNAH through February 28, 2022.

This grant of accreditation was the culmination of two years of hard work and preparedness on behalf of the entire ASNAH staff and faculty. The Institution spent a large amount of time revamping processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ABHES accrediting standards and the fruit of that labor resulted in a successful onsite visit and institutional response for the ABHES Commissioners to review at their January 2020 meeting.

The Institution worked to gain an overall understanding of accrediting agencies and how institutions are reviewed along with addressing areas that were new to the Institution during the process. In order to do this, the Institution worked with the team of Santoro and Georgetti Postsecondary Educational Consultants (“S&G”) since the project’s inception. The continued support and feedback the S&G team gave to the Institution were the guiding principles used throughout the entire accrediting process from beginning to end. Mr. Chris Georgetti, the President and Managing Director of S&G, continued to inform the leadership of ASNAH that the key to success was to always know that Institution was providing a quality education resulting in favorable outcomes for the students of ASNAH.
