Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell Speaks as Community HigherEd Celebrates 10,000 Graduates

Tulsa, Oklahoma, May 22, 2019 – Community HigherEd has officially graduated 10,000 students from its programs since it opened in 1995. CHE will celebrate its 10,000th graduate at this year’s graduation ceremony with Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell as the keynote speaker. The ceremony will be held at the TU Reynolds Center on May 23rd from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Over 780 students will graduate this year from the three CHE campuses: Community Care College, Clary Sage College, and Oklahoma Technical College. This event is open to the public.

This means our community has educated 10,000 skilled workers that we are sending out to follow their dreams and build better lives for themselves and their families. We are changing generations as well as helping to close the skills gap in Oklahoma” said Raye Mahlberg, Community HigherEd President.
