Keiser University has received a $10 million donation – its largest private gift ever – from campus food service and facilities management firm Sodexo.

The donation will support the construction of a student housing complex on the nonprofit university’s Flagship Campus in West Palm Beach. Sodexo also provides food services on that campus.

“We are thrilled to receive this generous gift from Sodexo and to partner with them to help students from all over the world feel right at home on our campus,” said Chancellor Arthur Keiser of Keiser University. “Inherent in this relationship is a continued emphasis on investing in the quality of life for our students and the surrounding community.”

The new student housing building on Keiser’s campus at 2600 N. Military Trail would total 51,000 square feet in four stories and have 208 beds. Built along the lake between the Student Life Center and Dalby Commons, the building would include a lounge, lobby, laundry rooms, study areas, and a fitness center.
