On May 21, the Department of Veterans Affairs issued an advisory notice to State Approving Agencies (SAAs) regarding ACICS and the “impact on school approval to receive VA education benefits.” The attached advisory provides three scenarios outlining the circumstances under which a program may or may not be approved for VA educational benefits.
