West Coast Ultrasound Institute Excited to Announce New Cardiovascular Technician Program

WCUI now enrolling for Cardiovascular Technician (CVT) Diploma Program at all campuses.

BEVERLY HILLS, CA – West Coast Ultrasound Institute is excited to announce its new Cardiovascular Technician program. This 9 month CVT diploma program prepares future graduates for the opportunity to enter the medical field by gaining professional and clinical competency in the administration of EKG testing, Holter monitor and Stress Tests. Students will participate in a fully equipped facility with EKG machines, Stress Test room, Crash Cart, Nursing Lab and Telemetry Simulators. Upon completion of the program all students will be placed in either a hospital or clinical setting to perform a variety of reports, present findings and further explore pathologies via real patients.

After graduation from WCUI’s Cardiovascular Technician Program students are eligible to sit for the following registries: CCT (Certified Cardiographic Technician), CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician), and NCET (National Certified ECG Technician).

About the College: WCUI is a privately owned, post-secondary vocational institute. The college offers Baccalaureate degrees in Diagnostic Cardiovascular Sonography and Diagnostic Medical Sonography, as well as Academic Associates of Science degrees in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Sonography, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. They also offer a unique, advanced diploma in Pediatric Cardiac Ultrasound and Congenital Heart Disease to graduates of a Cardiovascular program.
